look to either side of the flat garage door. You'll see (on each side) a steel colored pillar that has a gray Y-shaped support beam coming out of the top, this is attached to a larger horizontal support beam that runs the width of the area. Got it? Now, walk over to either pillar. Right in front of the steel pillar is a small (shorter than Jet) brownish pillar that has these thin tan lines that are moving from the top to the bottom. You have to raise the ground so that this short brownish pillar attaches to the dull steel pillar. Look at the top of the short brownish pillar, and you'll see how it will connect with the steel pillar. Do that to both, and the garge door will slide open.
