Hello, i want to know what is the highest GPU Card that i can put in my comp without getting bottle neck?

(after adding 1 giga more of DDR memory)

Without considering about bottle neck, the 9800GT will make better performance than the 8800 GT for example?

About the English, im sory for that but im stuck without Hebrew language on my computer for a while...
