יש לי בעיה משונה

אני פותח את הנ"ל ע"י לחיצה על האייקון באקספלורר, ואז הוא מתחיל להפתח ואז נסגר והמחשב משמיע צליל.

לחיצה נוספת פותחת אותו והכל בסדר וככה זה כל הזמן הוא צריך שתי הפעלות
