את הוירוס מסוג KWBOT אני לא מצליח להסיר, אני מקבל הודעת שגיאה בעת הפעלת חלונות XP כי קובץ בשם CMD32.EXE לא נמצא.

את הבעיה לא הצלחתי לפתור באמצעות נורטון, מבקש את חוות דעתכם המקצועית!!!!!!! :

    לא הצלחתי להסיר את הוירוס דרך האתר: http://www.sarc.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.kwbot.c.worm.html, לא מצאתי קובץ הפעלה להסרת הוירוס והפעולות ברג'נסי נראות לי מסובכות מידי, האם יש אפשרות אחרת להסרת הוירוס.

    הפעולות ממש לא מסובכות :-\ אפילו למשתמש מתחיל .. זה כמו להסתובב בexplorer של הwindows דרך תיקיות שמתוארות לך שם

    ולא אין כלי תיקון לוירוס לצערי

    ביצעתי את כל הפעולות המתוארות באתר http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.kwbot.c.worm.html, .

    1. update the virus definitions.

    2. Restart the computer in Safe Mode.

    3. Run a full system scan and delete all the files detected as W32.Kwbot.C.Worm.

    4. Delete the values that the worm added to the registry.

    אך עדיין כאשר אני מפעיל את המחשב אני מקבל את הודעת השגיאה כי חסר קובץ CMD32. והמחשב נעשה איטי במיוחד.

    איך ניתן לשחזר את קובץ הCMD או איך ניתן בכל זאת לפתור את הבעיה?????
