הומלץ לי לעשות בדיקת STRESS להרדיסק יישר שאני מתקין אותו במחשב לגלות בעיות כבר לפני ....

1) איזה תוכנה אני צריך בכדי לעשות את הבדיקה ?

2)אפשרי גם QUICK FORMAT , או שמומלץ לעשות פורמט מלא ? (XP PRO)
