אח שלי הקטן הצליח לדפוק את המחשב

הוא הצליח להכניס ווירוס שכל הנראה גם מחק את האנטי ווירוס למה פתאום הוא נעלם, עכשיו אני לא יכול להתקין כלום..

אני מנסה להתקין אנטי ווירוס וזה נתקע, לא עובד, המחשב לא זז ורצות מלא מלא תוכניות שבחיים שלי לא יצא לי להכיר.

הוא טוען שהוא הוריד משחק מסויים שלא פעל ומאז זה נדפק (ווירוס), עכשיו יש תוכניות כמו: rtvscan וכדומה, שאני יודע שזה ווירוס או פריצה למחשב.

מה אני יכול לעשות כדי להפסיק את זה? איזה תוכנה נגד ריגול אני יכול להפעיל ללא התקנה?
