אחרי קריאת ההמלצות פה אני חושב על לקנות הארדיסק של WD 320GB SATA2 16MB

האם לוח אם ASROCK 945G-DVI בן שנה יתמוך ב16MB?

והאם אני יכול (ואיך אני יכול) להעתיק את תוכן ההארדיסק הישן שלי לחדש ואח"כ פשוט להחליף ביניהם כדי שאני לא אצטרך להתקין שום דבר מחדש?

(אני מתכנן לעבוד רק עם ההארדיסק החדש,את ה160GB אני אנתק מהמחשב)
