vista crashes

Hi... im now on Vista (safe mode)

i just installed Vista (upgraded from XP) ultimate... when the upgrade was completed, all went just ok and i was logged on.

now after installing some software i wanted to restart. restarted, and when the password screen came, the system crashed and restarted again.. same thing happend, logon screen and restart. the only thing i can do is log on safe mode like now..

anyone knows what can this problem be?

please help im out of ideas and its really urgent (some works to do)

i've added a picture which (i hope) describes the problem (no solutions were found)
