יש לי בעיה כבר כמעט חצי שנה ובשבוע האחרון זה הלך והתגבר וזה משגע אותי,

מה שקורה זה שפתאום מפסיק לי האינטרנט, למרות שאני מחובר ובכדיי לפתור את זה אני חייב לבצע restart למחשב,

למרות שאני עדיין מחובר אין לי גלישה, יש לי מערכת ויסטא ואיני מצליח לעלות על הבעיה

גם לי הבעיה הזאת,

ויסטה, חיבור 014 עם כבלים HOT עם חייגן ופתאום הגלישה מפסיקה, ע"י ריסט זה מסתדר. שהגלישה מפסיקה האינטרנט מחובר כלומר יש אפשרות לעשות PING בCMD לכל האתרים והפינגים מעולים (ל GOOGLE.COM למשל 150-100) וגם תוכנות השיתוף משתפות יפה מאוד אך הורדות HTTP או גלישה בדפדפן IE7 איננה אפשרית לא ניסיתי בדפדפן אחר עקב עצלנות אבל קשה לי להאמין שזה יסתדר....

ביומיים וחצי האחרונים התוכנות שיתוף גם הן לא עובדות לי אמנם הגלישה טובה מתמיד HWZONE נפתח במהירות הבזק ואתרים מהעולם פועלים מהר מאוד. בכל זאת הורדות HTTP לא עובדות לי וגם לא UTORRENT או EMULE, לא ריסט לא הוצאה מהחשמל לא חיוג מחדש לא שינוי פורטים הכל לא עוזר ! זה מוזזר ביותר... אני אנסה להוריד קליינט חדש של המיול ונראה אם פועל... כרגע זה TLN 7.3 שאגב איבד לי 750 TLN CREDIT וזה ממש מבאס כי החיבור שלי מעפאן 3MB כלומר 192\3000 וזה צובר ממש לאט...

החיבור שלי זה דרך HOT 012 מודם רגיל של TERAYON ודרך חייגן, כאשר זה קורה לי ו ה emule פתוח הוא ממשיך להוריד

בעיית הגלישה נעלמה ואיתה בעיית האמיול\טורנט! אני חושב שהבעיה נעלמה בינתיים אני מוריד על מהירויות ממש ממש טובות 200-250KB\S הגלישה עוד לא נדפקה לי כל שעשיתי הוא טלפון אחד ל014 ורריסט למחשב זה הכל!

נשארתי בודד במערכה ?

למישהו יש תשובה בשבילי ?

1. לספקי אינטרנט יש תמיכה טכנית טלפונית שתומכת בדיוק בנושא הזה , למה אתה לא מתקשר אליהם ?

קל יותר לעשות בדיקות עם מישהו באופן ישיר מאשר על דפי הפורום.

בזמן שלא עובד לך האינטרנט

כנס ל

start -> run -> cmd

כתוב IPCONFIG

והדבק לכאן את התוצאה.

אחרי כן כתוב

ipconfig /renrew

והדבק שוב את התוצאה לכאן.

האם בזמן שרשמת IPCONFIG זה לא עבד ?

זו בדיוק הסיבה שאמרתי שקל יותר להתקשר לתמיכה, אתה לא יודע איזו אינפורמציה חשובה ולכן לא כותב וצריך לשאול שוב

בדיקה של דקה וחצי לוקחת יומיים.

א. דיברתי עם התמיכה והם לא הבינו מה הבעיה

ב. התוצאה של הבדיקה שעשיתי הייתה במצב של אין גלישה

מה אני אמור לעשות ?

מעט ספקיות היום תומכות בוויסטה בצורה מקיפה ובגלל שהפתרון שלך לבעיה הוא איתחול למחשב, לעניות דעתי, ההיגיון אומר שהבעיה היא במחשב עצמו.

תנסה למצוא דרייברים עדכניים יותר לכרטיס הרשת שלך או פשוט להתקין את הקיימים מחדש.

לנסות סוג אחר של חייגן(בכבלים אפשר להתחבר ב-2 תצורות, או PPTP או L2TP, תנסה לבדוק בשניהן אם הבעייה חוזרת).
