קניתי כ. טלויזיה pinnacle analog pctv pci וחיברתי אותו ישירות לכבלים (ללא ממיר), רואים יחסית סביר (הקליטה בסדר) אבל יש הפרעה-

מעין פס שעובר כל שנייה שתיים לכל אורך המסך.

שמחברים טלויזיה רגילה לאותו החיבור רואים חלק לגמרי, ללא שום הפרעה.
