אח שלי הסביר לי שלקראת סוף שנה (אזרחית) כל החברות מורידות מחירים כדי לנסות לעמוד במכסות שהן נתנו בתחזיות (אם הן עדיין לא) - לקראת הדו"חות הכספיים השנתיים.

האם זה אכן קורה גם בשוק המחשבים? (ואם כן האם זה משפיע על המחירים לצרכנים ועד כמה)
