ישר לשאלה: למה כשאני מעלה קובץ (לראפיד שייר לרוב - במהירות מקסימלית שלי) ובאותו זמן גולש באינטרנט, הגלישה איטית מאוד, הרי גלישה באינטרנט היא download (לא?)? אם אני מוריד קובץ (מראפיד שייר) אז הקובץ יורד במהירות מקסימלית(180KBPS) של החיבור שלי וה-upload איטי נורא - 2KBPS (מקס': 17KBPS), למה זה ככה?

    בתעבורת אינטרנט (שברובה היא TCP) צריך לשלוח אישור על כל פאקט מידע שנשלח. הגודל של האישור קטן מגודל הפאקט, לכן באמת לא צריך הרבה UPLOAD כשאתה רק גולש באינטרנט, אבל בכל זאת צריך קצת, ואם הוא כולו חסום, אז האישורים מתעכבים, ולכן גם מתעקבת ההורדה של דפי האינטרנט.
