בדקתי ואני מחובר על חשבון אדמיניסטרטיבי . :)

ניסיתי לשחק קצת בהגדרות שמה איפה המאפייני שורת משימות וכאלה אבל לא עזר .

    הפתרון הבא יעבוד רק אם מותקנת אצלך גרסת XP Pro.

    1) כנס ל Start>Run שם כתוב

    gpedit.msc (2 בחלון שיפתח נווט ל

    Local Group Policy->User Configuration->Administrative Templates->Start Menu and Taskbar

    3) אתר את Remove Shut Down Command ושנה את ערך של הרשומה לערך ברירת המחדל (default).
