    מקש ימני על My Computer-> Properties ->Hardware ->Device Manager u ואז תחפש שם את הכרטיס קול המובנה, מקש ימני עליו, וDisable.

    שמכניסים כרטיס קול חיצוני לפעמים הלוח יודע לבטל בעצמו ולפעמים לא.. ועל מנת לבדוק שהכרטיס המובנה אשכרה מבוטל צריך למצוא את האפשרות הזו :

    AC97 Audio Onboard - Enabled ולהפוך אותו לDisable.

    אל תגיד אם אתה לא יודע.
