    תרא הבמנהל ההתקנים אם מותקן לך USB

    מנהל התקנים/DEVICE MANAGER ושם לך ל-UNIVERSAL BUS CONTROLLERS בתחתית הרשימה, אם מופיע לך שם USB2 ENHANCED CONTROLLER אז USB2 מותקן ועובד.

    אם לא אז תתקין מדיסק לוח האם או מהאתר של הלוח.
