the file is "read-only" seems that I can access it only as root, but as I recall you cannot login in ubntu as root or its very hard.

I tried to do SU in terminal but it won't accept my password...

anyway what to do ?

what to do now?

in the nvidia-settings it makes the area out of 1024*768 screwedup...
