היה לי תוכנת סינון אתרים (מסננת) של netvision .

מאחר ולא היה אפשר להחליף סיסמא שלחו לי מסננת אתרים עם קוד מוצר חדש להתקנה .

נסיון ההתקנה לא הצליח והודיע general error . דהיינו ההתקנה לא הושלמה.

משום מה -אחרי ההדלקה של המחשב הופיע למטה סימן צהוב עגול של puresight שחוסם את כל האתרים ומביא דף של 012 שמפנה לתמיכנ שלהם.

- דברתי איתם והם אמרו שהדרך היחידה היא להוריד את התוכנה ולהתקין מחדש ואז לעשות הסרה.

- נסיתי זאת וגם כאן ההתקנה לא מסתיימת בגלל general error .

כמבן שהתוכנה לא נמצאת בלוח הבקרה ( בהסרת תוכניות ) .

אני כרגע תקוע ??.
