אם אני לוחץ סגור הודעה יש שגיאה באקספלורר והמחשב נתקע ואני נאלץ לסגור את האקספלורר דרך טסק מנג'ר.

סרקתי וירוסים וגם התקנתי מחדש את המערכת הפעלה וSP2 אך שום דבר לא עזר.
