למיטב ידיעתי הבעיה כרגע עם OLED היא אורך החיים, ובמיוחד אורך החיים של OLED כחול.

לא שמעתי עדיין על פיתרון מסחרי לעניין, אף על פי שאין ספק שלא מעט חברות עובדות על זה.

כנראה ייקח עוד שנה-שנתיים עד שנראה מסכיי OLED זמינים לשוק הרחב.

אולי יותר מזה, ואולי בכלל לא. החברות הגדולות מתחילות לנטוש את הטכנולוגיה הזו בהדרגה.

OLED: does it really exist? We havent heard from this technology for a long time. Samsung pretends to have forgotten about it and Sony announced stopping its production of monitors (and all technologies are concerned). Will they ever succeed one day in releasing an OLED?
