כשאני מדליק את הנגן (Sansa M250) הוא נתקע במסך הפתיחה, ואני לא יכול לעשות כלום חוץ מלכבות אותו. כשאני מחבר אותו למחשב זה בכלל לא מזהה שהוא התחבר.

אתמול הוא פעל, והוא לא קיבל אף מכה מאז.

מישהו יודע איך לסדר דבר כזה? או שחייבים לממש אחריות?
