התקנתי כרטיס מסך 7600GS של gainward בלוח אם עם AGP.

כשאני מפעיל DVD באמצאות תוכנה power dvd 5 אני מקבל את הסרט בפורמט הנכון בצג ומתוח לגובה בטלויזיה.

ניסיתי לשנות את יחס הצפייה באמצאות קונפיגוציה של התוכנה אך ללא הועיל.

כשאני מריץ קובץ AVI ב media player 10 אני מקבל את אותו האפקט: 16X9 בצג ותמונה מתוחה לגובה בטלויזיה.

כך שהבעייה איננה תהתוכנה הגראפית.

בלוח הבקרה של NVIDIA אין שום התייחסות ליחס צפיה.

מה עושים?

במחשב שני שיש לי בבית עם כרטיס 6600GT של GAINWARD ולוח PCIX - אין שום בעייה ואני לא צריך לכוון כלום. פשוט מריץ את DVD וזהו.
