איך אני אמור לבדוק את הטמפ' של הכרטיס.??

לאחרונה יש לי בעיה כאשר אני מאמץ את הכרטיס (נכנס למשחק וכו') אז המחשב נעצר לרגע ואז כל מיני צבעים במסך משתגעים ואז המחשב נתקע ולאחר מכן עושה ריסט..

לדעתי הכרטיס מתחמם אבל אני לא יודע איך לבדוק טמפ'

וגם אם אני אבדוק ואראה שאכן הכרטיס רותח ואפשר להכין עליו חביתה - מה אני עושה אחר כך?
