שלום לכולם...

יש ברשותי ראוטר מבית alcatel\THOMSON והדגם הוא speedtouch 570 שפועלים ברשת אלחוטית.

היום נפגע הפילטר שמחובר לשקע הטלפון, החלפתי אותו, מאז לא היה אינטרנט.

ניסיתי דברים שונים, ביניהם ניסיתי להגדיר מחדש את הראוטר דרך הדף WEB שלו (10.0.0.138). כמו שאתם בוודאי מבינים, לא הצלחתי להגדיר אותו והאינטרנט לא עובד.

כאשר אני בודק בלשונית connection אז הLINK אומנם connected אבל הSTATE תמיד DOWN.

האם מישהו יודע ויוכל לעזור לי? כבר התייאשתי לגמרי
