    The 3-way handshake

    שזה SYN -> ACK -> SYN-ACK

    כך ש SYN_SENT זה השלב הראשון בתקשורת בין שני צדדים.

    TIME_WAIT זה זמן מוקצב מראש שצד אחד ממתין לקבלת ACK לפניי שהוא סוגר את הסוקט אחרי שכבר נשלח FIN לסגירה.
