    אפשר להכנס להגדרות של ה messenger ופשוט להגדיר לו שהוא לא יעלה בSTARTUP

    Open C:\WINDOWS\inf\sysoc.inf and change msmsgs=msgrocm.dll,OcEntry,msmsgs.inf,hide,7 to msmsgs=msgrocm.dll,OcEntry,msmsgs.inf,7

    Then use Add/Remove Windows Components to remove messenger.

    לחץ Start בחר ב Run ותקיש Gpedit.msc

    יפתח לך חלון עם אפשרויות ל USER ול Computer , בשניהם בחר ב Software Settings חפש את

    MSN Messenger ושם תבחר ב Starup Option-> Disable
