    I mean if the clocks are 4-4-4-11 so lower is better?

    EDIT:

    I know it isnt the plase to ask that but maybe can someone tell me what will happen if i lower the clocks too much in BIOS ?

    i can control the clocks. but untill what i can lower them?

    i have now 4-4-4-11 can i lower them to 2.5-3-3-7~

    And if it will makle any difference?
