יש לי מחשב:amd 1.4 ghz לוח:ga-7vtx

התקנתי windows xp והבעיה היא שאני לא יכול לכבות את המחשב ,אני לוחץ על turn off ובמקום להתכבות הוא עושה restart.

בבקשה תעזרו לי!!!!

    בגדול הוא טוען שדבר כזה קורה כתוצאה מבעייה כלשהי ב-WINDWOS אחת העצות שהוא אומר כדי לבודד את התקלה היא להסתכל -PROPERTIES של MY COMPUTER ושם לבחור ב-ADVANCED ובקטע של STARTUP AND RECOVERY ללחוץ על SETTINGS ולבטל את הסימון ב- "AUTOMATICALLY RESTART" ואז תנסה לכבות את המחשב ואולי ה-WINDOWS יודיע לך שיש בעייה.

    בכל אופן מומלץ שתיקרה את המאמר כי בעייה זו יכולה לקרות מכמה סיבות.
