לאחר המעבר לכבלים שינת את תצורת הרשת למצב כפי שמתואר פה

לאחר השינוי כל מחשב מצליח לקבל IP אינטרנטי מהכבלים ללא שום בעיות

אבל הIP הפנימי לא עובד ואיתו שיתוף הקבצים

מכיוון שאין לי שום מידע קודם על עבודה בתצורת רשת שכזו אין לי מושג איזה פרטים לצרף אז אם דרוש פירוט נוסף אנא ציינו מהו

[ltr]add a switch, if there isn't one already or none built in to the modem, put them on receive for both IP and DNS. press advance and add a second ip for both computers on the same netmask (different IPs with the same net address). make sure you put illegal IPs.

edit regarding ICQ massage: in case it isn't obvious (dumbass) IPs for the computers...[/ltr]
