אם אני רושם הודעה וצד שני לא אונליין אלא OFFLINE

אז30...40....אחוז מההודעות מגיעות בכלל כ סימני שאלה ????????? ?????? ??? במקום הכתוב .

למה זה קורה ?

ניסיתי לשנות פונט ..הצד השני גם שינה פונט ועדיין
