התקנתי תוכנה למצלמת logitech דגם quickCam Orbit ,גירסא 8,3,0

זו גירסא שמתאימה גם ל- pro 4000 ,

הכל עובד תקין, הבעיה היא שבמחשב יש משתמשים עם חשבון מוגבל וכאשר הם

נכנסים למחשב מיד מופיע תפריט קטן שמודיע שאין גישה, כמו כן המצלמה חסומה מחשבון

מוגבל, אפשר להפעיל את המצלמה רק מחשבון מנהל,

מה עושים, איך משחררים את זה?
