יש לי בעיה - קניתי מחשב חדש לא מזמן - המפקט נמצא בקישור "המפרט שלי"

התקנתי ווינדוס XP חוקי והכל עובד חלק...

אבל לאחרונה צצו שתי בעיות:

1. כאשר המחשב נכנס למצב סטנד ביי (שהגדרתי שייכנס לפעולה אחרי 20 דקות ללא שימוש) אז המחשב נתקע במסך שאומר preparing to stand by

ואז הדרך היחישה לחדש את פעילות המחשב היא ללחוץ על הריסטרט (ctrl alt del לא עוזר)

2. כאשר אני רוצה לאתחל את המחשב - התחל - הפעלה מחדש, אז המחשב תקע במסך דומה שאומר שהמחשב מתכונן לאתחול או משהו כזה...
