אין לי אפשרות ליצור תקייה חדשה במחשב . מישהו יכול לעזור לי ?

שלום אנשים, יש לי בעיה במחשב.

אין לי אפשרות ליצור תיקייה חדשה - לא בשולחן עבודה ולא בכל מיקום אחר בhd שלי.

כשאני לוחץ קליל ימני בשולחן העבודה או בכל מיקום אחר בhd. אין לי new או חדש .

בנוסף לכך, גם בסייר של האקספלורר שאני לוחץ make new folder אין מענה.

לדעתי ההגדרות של זה נמצאות ברגיסטרי,במפתח הזה HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\explorer.exe.

מישהו יכול להעתיק לי את התכולה של המפתח הזה או למישהו יש פיתרון אחר לתופעה הזאת ??

הוספתי 2 קבצים שתוכלו לראות למה אני מתכוון.
