לאחר התקנה של תוכנה אני מנסה להפעילה ומקבל הודעה "כשל קטסטרופלי" והתכנה לא עובדת, במידה ויש מישהו שיכול להסביר לי איכן אני יכול לראות ב windows ממה נובע הכשל ואיך אני פותר את הבעיה .
