שלום, אתמול קנינו מחשב חדש....התקנתי עליו XP.

עכשיו, כשלוחצים Start--->Turn off the computer

או כשלוחצים Start ---> Restart

המחשב סוגר את כל יישומים עד שהוא מגיע לחלון הכחול שכותב בו "Windows is shutting down" ושם הוא נתקע....

מישהו יודע מה הבעיה ומה אפשר לעשות?

    הממ.. נראה לי שזה איזה BUG שאפשר לסדר אותו ע"י זה שמבטלים את ה WINDOWS XP LOGON ועוברים למצב כמו ב WINDOWS 2000 (שאין את ה WELCOME היפה הזה)..

    למרות שהתקנתי עשרות פעמים את המערכת XP ואף פעם לא היה לי את הבאג הזה.

    יש סיכוי שזו הגדרה בביוס? או משהו בדומה?
