    אם אתה מתכוון לISO שהוא SVCD/VCD

    אז יש תוכנה חופשית בשם vcd gear שיודעת להוציא משם mpeg

    אם ה ISO שלך הוא של DVD

    אז יש הרבה תוכנות בחוץ שיודעות להפוך אותו ל MPEG/AVI תסתכל ב doom9.org מסבירים שם יפה איך עושים את זה עם המלצות על תוכנות ספציפיות.
