התקנתי תוכנת Norton Go-Back במחשב. לאחר יומיים עהודה תקינה המחשב נתקע ונאלצתי לעשות כיבוי מלא (hardreset).

מרגע זה אני לא מצליח לעלות את המחשב - לאחר הדלקתו מתחיל לרוץ Norton Go-Back אשר מודיע על תקלה :

למעשה המחשב תקוע בלולאה אין סופית של אתחולים.
