אני צריך תוכנה שתוכל להגביל את מהירות ההורדה,שליחה של המחשב השני.

זה לא ראוטר, אלא רשת רגילה.

וכמובן המחשב השני מחובר למחשב הזה.

אבל אני צריך תוכנה שאני אוכל להתקין רק פה, כי אם הייתי רוצה להתקין שם
