עכשיו פתחתי את ה LIVE UPDATE והוא הציג לי את ההודעה הזאת, עכשיו אני לא ממש מבין איך לטפל בזה או משהו, ואחרי שאני לוחץ OK זה מעלה לי את העדכונים רגיל, מה לעשות?

התחל -> לוח הבקרה -> משימות מתוזמנות

אתה מתכוון למחוק או להוסיף כי לא נראה לי שיש לי את זה פה...

here is the quick fix, go to services, and stop and disable "Human Interface Device Access".

walk through

right click my computer

left click manage

from the left expand Services and Applications

then expand Services

find "Human Interface Device Access" and right click on it

then left click on stop

then right click on "Human Interface Device Access" again and choose properties

change startup type to "disable"

just disable HID service, that's the only solution so far before microsoft issue another update.

you might have a microsoft keyboard or mouse software installed on your PC which enable

HID service and causing scheduled task failed.

you need to restart your PC after disable HID, open NAV then click LiveUpdate,

you'll get LU1861 again but that's OK, close and reopen NAV then click LiveUpdate again.

Now, say bye bye to LU1861 forever and check scheduled tasks in control panel, under

Symantec NetDetect now the exit code is 0x0 and you are back to real live update again.
