    בעיקרון, כשאת פונה ברשת למחשב שאליו מחוברת המדפסת ע"י

    \\computer_name

    את אמורה לראות תחת printers and faxes את המדפסת.

    אם את לא רואה שם את המדפסת, תוודאי שעל המחשב עם המדפסת מופעל file and print sharing for microsoft networks בכרטיס הרשת המתאים תחת

    Control Panel->Network Connections

    ועל המחשב השני מופעל Client for microsoft networks באותו מקום.
