יש לי את התוכנה past river audio converter ,

(ניתן לומר כי היא "מוציאה" פסקול מקבצי מדייה והופכת אותם לקבצי שמע עם קידוד לבחירתי ...יש mp3 יש wav וכו'...)

כל הקידודים עובדים לי חוץ מל mp3 ואני מקבל חלון שגיאה כזה :

מה עושים ? ומה צריך לרשום ב compressor שם בצד?

מי שמכיר את התוכנה או כל אחד אחר יכול בבקשה לעזור לי אני מאוד אודה לכם אם תצליחו לפתור את הבעיה.
