with wich port should i use in azureus for optimal download speed

my azureus doesnt work well and download at low speed if it download at all.

what should i do to incrise the download speed?

if i would change the"incoming TCP listen port" it will work fine?

if this is the problem what port i need to use?

    yes i have router of trendnet

    i think that the router have a firewall in it

    but i think that i have another firewall with windows if it possible

    i am now at 57171 port

    do i need to do something with the firewall to fix it?
