    נו, אדבר בשם עצמי - אף שכיפור מאחורינו, אני מצטער אם נפגעת. ולעצם העניין, בקשר למציאות - זה בעיני המתבונן. אני מניח שאף אתה לא סבור שבקשר לרמת שרות המצב משביע רצון. בעיני, הוא רחוק מכך. למרבה הצער, אין לאן להפנות אותך במובן שב -xxxxxx תמצא שרות מעולה בכל פניה ובקשה. אצל כל יבואן / יצרן אפשר ליפול מצד אחד או לזכות לשירות מעולה. כל ההבדל ביניהם הוא שתמהיל הטוב / הרע משתנה. עדיין , כאמור, אין צדיק בסדום ... חג שמח !
