    נכתב כמידע קבוע. מטמון חד-סיבית (SLC) הינו בעצם שימוש בתאי הזיכרון התלת-סיבית (TLC) הקיימים במערך האחסון. תאי הזיכרון תלת-סיבית יכולים גם לשמש כתאי זיכרון חד-סיבית. כיצד זה עובד? כדי לשמור את המידע, תא הזיכרון צריך להיטען למתח מסוים. הזמן שלוקח לשמור מידע תלת-סיבית ארוך יותר מאשר נדרש לטעון את אותו תא זיכרון לאחסן בתוכו מידע חד-סיבית. הטכניקה הזאת נקראת מטמון חד-סיבית (SLC Cache) מפני שעושים שימוש בתאי הזיכרון התלת-סיבית הקיימים כבר במערך האחסון לשמירת מידע חד-סיבית בתוכם.
