    תעמוד על ה-Administrative Templates ובתפריט Action בחר ב-Add/Remove Templates. בחלון שיפתח תבחר ב-Add ושם תוסיף את כל הקבצים שמופיעים (קבצים עם סיומת adm. אם אין כאלה, תעבור לספרייה \windows\inf\).

    אצלי זה Win2000 אז יכול להיות שאצלך זה יהיה קצת שונה.

    question:

    can i simply not install the QOS package in the WinXp Instalation instade of doing that shit every time ?

    by the way i ran a test with the 20% and with the 0% and i must say i didn't find any chabge at all,

    i have the 1.5 MB and no mather what i am dowloading on 190kbps no matter if the QOS is enablead or Disabled..

    anyway i prefer to disable that limit, just to fill good with my self :)
