פורסם 2005 בפברואר 720 שנים ה-G3 וה-G4 של ריקו עולות היום 850 ש"ח. יש להן רק 8 מגה זכרון פנימי, כך שתהיה חייב להוסיף כרטיס (לפחות 100 ש"ח לכרטיס 128MB). היתרונות הכי בולטים שלהן על שאר הדגמים שהזכרת הוא זמן התגובה המהיר (בערך חמישית ממצלמות אחרות), מצב צילום טקסט ואפשרות צילום מאקרו ממרחק סנטימטר אחד. ל-G3 יש סאונד בווידאו, ל-G4 יש עדשת 28mm רחבה.

It's not very different from the 10's of other 3 megapixel digital cameras on the market, either in terms of design or features. It doesn't create photos that will take your breath away - indeed, they suffer a bit too much from purple fringing. Having said all that, the Caplio G4 does have a few tricks up its sleeve, principally the speed at which it operates, and combined with the very low price, the camera is a bit of a bargain for anyone who is new to digital cameras or photography in general. The Caplio G4 won't excite the seasoned photographer, but on the other hand it won't frighten and confuse the less experienced snapper. Personally, I wouldn't buy one, but I can think of a lot of people who would and who would enjoy using it. If easy to use and value for money are at the top of your shopping list, you could do far worse than the Ricoh Caplio G4.יש שם Sample Pictures, האיכות לא הכי טובה שראיתי...

פורסם 2005 בפברואר 820 שנים יש לי A85 ואני ממש מרוצה ממנה הייתי ממליץ אז על הקנון A75 אך גם האולימפוס C370 טובה.... פשוט הבעייה שלי היא שהמצלמה מחודשת אבל תכלס זה לא כזה נורא..... :bash: :-X
