    herm, I'm new to NV (had technion before :/) and the pings in IL are really good, exepet for some loss from time to time, but abroad it really does sux, but from what I know they used to be really good abroad, hope they would fix it soon.

    anywayz, 012 are suppose to be really good abroad now, but they also have lots of probs so...
