יש לי איזה וירוס במחשב או משהו שיוצר כל הזמן nonstop קבצי

בתיקייה של norton system works/anit virus/qurentine

הנורטון כל הזמן מוציא לי הודעה על זה הוא מחק קובץ בלה בלה בלה .tmp אבל אני רואה שזה כל הזמן נוצר מחדש....

באלפים (כרגע המחשב סגור ואני מדבר מהמחשב של אבא שלי).

Sym*.qs, Qef*.tmp, or Qwh*.vbs files are created in the Temp folder

Situation:

When you view the contents of the Temp folder in Windows 9x/NT/2000, you see files with names such as Sym*.qs, Qef*.tmp, and Qwh*.vbs. The file size may range from 70 MB to 280 MB. Deleting the files removes them temporarily; however, they return after restarting.

Solution:

This problem can be caused by a corrupted installation of Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition (Norton AntiVirus).

In one customer site, it was determined that Norton AntiVirus was distributed by using third-party imaging software, resulting in an incomplete or corrupted installation. Symantec does not support installations of Norton AntiVirus using third-party distribution tools.

To solve the problem

1. Uninstall Norton AntiVirus.

2. Delete the VirusDefs folder.

3. Clear out all temporary files (for example, C:\Temp or C:\Windows\temp).

4. Reinstall Norton AntiVirus.

Note: Examine Central Quarantine to see if it is running. The workstation is trying to forward the files to the Central Quarantine server, but they are being denied. Therefore, the files proliferate as the workstation repeatedly resends the files.

אבל בכל מקרה אני עושה uninstall לנורטון הוא עצבן אותי גם ככה
