To create the batch file, open a new notepad file and enter in the following text:

RivaTuner.exe /wrc020,0 /wrc024,0 /wrc028,0 /wrc02c,0 /wr1540,13f0f /rr1540

Then, save the file with a .bat file extension. Once complete, simply double click the icon as you would any other executable file. When executed, you should see something similar to the following:
