העתקתי את הקבצים לwin/system למרות שקודם הם לא היו קיימים מדיסק אבל זה עדיין לא עובד

try to re-install nero, i don't even think it needs restart.

לא עוזר

first try an "EXTREME" uninstall, deleting all existance of nero, dirs and registry keys.

then a reboot, and re-check if all was removed ok (if it asks to remove the username of nero, let it).

also, try the latest version (if you don't already have it), or just a different version than what you have,

its possible that you just have a bad .exe file of the setup, and all can be resolved with another setup file.
