שלום, קניתי מחשב חדש ויש לי בעיות עם התקנת הXP עליו.

והרד דיסק ישן שכבר היה לי WD 30GB

אוקי, אז ככה. בפעם השלישית בערך הצלחתי להתקין ווינדוס (בלי SP1) אבל, הוא קורס פעם ב... כלומר, זה יכול לקרות כשאני רק מעלה את הווינדוס ואז הוא עושה ריסטרט מעצמו או כאשר אני מנסה להדליק משחק כלשהו. הוא פשוט עושה ריסטרט. אחרי כל ריסטרט כזה הוא דורש תיקון של הווינדוס ע"י הדיסק של ווינדוס.

עשיתי את זה כבר פעם אחת אבל הוא דורש את זה כל פעם.

דבר נוסף : הוא הקפיץ לי מספר פעמים חלון כחול (?!) עם השגיאה : BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO.

למען ההגינות: את המחשב הרכיבו לי במעבדה, הבאתי להם את ההרד דיסק והם הרכיבו לי אותו . הדיסק המדובר של הווינדוס כבר עבד אינספור פעמים על המון מחשבים, אז אני לא חושב שמדובר בחלונות עצמן. אני התקנתי המון פעמים , אבל אף לא נתקלתי בדבר כזה. יכול להיות שמדובר בRAM ? הרד דיסק? (אבל הוא עבד מעולה לפני שנתתי אותו, ואני בטוח שזה אותו הרד דיסק).

לפי דעתי חומרה קלוקלת.

נסה לבדוק את הזיכרון עם Memtest98 (בדוק אותם כל אחד בנפרד). אם זה לא הזיכרון זה יכול להיות לוח-אם/ספק.

When you start your Windows XP-based computer, you may receive a STOP error message on a blue screen that is similar to the following error message:

STOP 0x00000074 (0x00000003, 0x00000002, 0x80087000) BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO

When you try to start your computer from the Windows XP CD-ROM, you may receive the following error message:

The following file is corrupted: toside.sys

CAUSE

This issue may occur if one or more of the random access memory (RAM) modules that are installed in your computer is damaged or if the RAM configuration is incompatible.

RESOLUTION

To troubleshoot and resolve this issue, remove the memory modules that are installed in your computer, but leave enough RAM to start your computer and run Windows, and then restart your computer.

במקרה שמתגלה בעיה בזיכרון בשביל לדעת איזה זיכרון זה פשוט תעשה בדיקה לכל זיכרון לבד.
